Guest guest
Hi! Marina's going through a tough time with several healing crisis at once it seems! She's doing the 9-day program. (day 2). However, a few days ago, she popped a pimple under her eye, and it seems to have become infected. Her eye is swollen now, and the area is red. I looked all over your other website, and could not find the instructions on how to make a good natural poultice to put on it to reduce swelling and fight infection. Besides this, she has intestinal and vaginal symptoms, severe backaches and headaches, and several other things going on all at once!! She's not a happy camper for sure. Thanks Bee!!! The best poultices (compresses) are herbal tea bags as recommended in the Eye Treatments article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat9.php Compresses - Apply hot tea compresses. Compresses are very soothing to red, burning, itching, inflammed eyes. Pau D'arco tea would be good because it is also antifungal. Lie down with a bag over each eye for 20 minutes at a time, two to three times a day. Soaking the Eyes - Wash your hands, then dampen a clean washcloth with sterile warm to hot water, and place it over your closed eyes. You can do this four times a day, for about five minutes each time. The heat of the compresses helps pull out toxins, and it soothes the rash. She can also soothe the rash with baking soda (which won't hurt the eyes): mix 1 teaspoon into 4 ounces of water, and soak gauze or cheesecloth with it and lay one over each eye for at least 10 minutes a day. Applying coconut oil to the rash is also good. Bee
