Guest guest
Dear Group, After years of making spaghetti squash, cutting it lengthwise and scooping out seeds, then trying to fit it in my oven while something else is baking, I realized with a big DUH.... --cut the squash across its middle instead of the longway (is that crosswise?) The squash now only requires an 11x13 " pan instead of a whole cookie sheet (the kind with sides). --leave the seeds in. They are much easier and faster to get out when the squash is baked. Maybe everybody else is smarter than I am, but just in case! Merry Christmas and thanks to all of you for your partnership in this journey! --Rhe
