Bee addressed this earlier this month. Look at message # 62491. Can someone

tell me how to post a link in an email?

+++Hi Tammy. When the website address is too long, do a Google search

for tinyurl.com and then the url can be shortened for posting. Then

you can simply copy and paste it into your message.

+++Hi . How would consuming a lot of milk deplete vitamin D

levels when milk also contains vitamin D? Unless those people had

skim milk and not full-fat milk. The butterfat in dairy helps the

body digest and absorb nutrients in milk, and also helps breakdown

lactose.

No nutrients work in isolation of many others, that's why this

program should be followed completely.
