The skin on my face is so dry it feels like it's going to rip even when I laugh. I feel parched and dehydrated. what the heck is going on? You would think as time goes on I would feel better not worse. +++Hi Maddy. I'm sorry you are having a rough time. However, you can go through some worse periods of time all during the healing process. Natural healing isn't a steady uphill climb towards health where you feel better and better every day. It has many ups and downs. Just when you are feeling better, another healing crisis will occur. As your body gets stronger it starts working on different areas which will produce healing/detoxifying symptoms. Also if you have ever experienced dry skin and mouth in the past, your body will " retrace " such symptoms in order to heal, just like your body is retracing your thyroid problems and all of its ups and downs as your thyroid worsened. Dry skin and being thirsty are mainly caused by low adrenal functioning, which is common for candida sufferers, which will also fluctuate while you are healing. The adrenals are assisted with many treatments I recommend including coffee enemas, dry skin brushing, Electrolyte Drink which provides enough sodium+chloride (salt) that is very important for the adrenals, etc. The body's cells can only intake and utilize water when there is a proper balance of " good " fats, oil soluble vitamins A, D, & E, omega 3, minerals, etc. Minerals are obtained from good ocean sea salt and good water that contains natural minerals, along with cal/mag supplements. Of course no nutrients work without many others. Try this treatment to see if it helps: ensure you are taking at least 1 1/2 teaspoons of " good " ocean sea salt per day (spread throughout the day). If you are taking that amount now, increase it by taking pinches of sea salt whenever you think of it throughout the day, and particularly when your mouth is dry. Let me know how you do with this treatment. Luv, Bee

You should feel secure that you " are " providing your body with " proper nutrients " that it needs to heal itself, so your health will not deteriorate. It can only improve. In the meantime you will experience many unexplainable reactions and symptoms, but they do not mean you are losing ground or not progressing. The body does everything for a very good reason, so we just need to trust it, which is according to God's wonderful design and Nature's Laws regarding health.
