Hello ,

From my experience the smaller turnips are milder in taste. I was told

once that the older they get, the stronger flavor they have. So I buy

the smaller ones and have found it to be true.

I will just use turnips and hope that the taste of the cauliflower

washes it out in the event I get one that is too " turnipy " . ;)
