Hi Bee

I live in England and would appreciate anyone being able to tell me

of a good source here in England.

I have changed the coconut butter for a small jar of certified

organic cold pressed virgin coconut oil, made by Biona i don't know if

this make is any good. I got it from a health food shop but its only

200g and will not last 5 minutes.

Dud.

butter? Is that okay? I was thinking about getting some and spreading it on my

cauliflower pancakes and other veggies.

+++Hi there. What is your name?

No, that coconut oil butter is not okay since it includes coconut meat, so it

contains too much natural sugar which feeds candida. Only use " unrefined

coconut oil " as I describe.
