Guest guest
The slow, lovely, music starts. I grasp the handweights. Slowly I move to the beautiful *notes* of the symphony. I feel the lungs breathing deeply and my muscles follow... the lungs lead the concert in *joint* effort. Graceful is the goal. My mind is captured in beauty and peace. The day starts with a positive *note*. My prayers are easier. My day is more *harmonious*. When the worries and stresses begin, I remember the time I had to nurture myself. ============================================== ~ " Perhaps the author means that we fill our lives with noise and motion and the company of others to distract ourselves, " said . " For most of us, these are habits we do not examine, although the cost of these habits is that we lack self-intimacy. We live alone in a crowd and refuse to visit ourselves.
