We are all the same my friend. All human bodies require the same set of nutrients in order to be healthy, just like animals in the wild must eat certain diets. +++Regarding consipation. No. 1 is that you will become constipated if you change over to this diet too quickly - see Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php +++No. 2, if you've ever had constipation before your body will " retrace " each and every episode during the healing process. This is according to Hering's Law of Cure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php +++If your body is " retracing " the symptoms won't stop until your body has finished healing that particular problem. +++If you lowered your carbs too fast, without also getting your good fats up to your ratio levels, you might need to backtrack and add some carbs in and/or decrease proteins, until you are able to tolerate higher fat levels. Olive oil is also antifungal. Bee
Guest guest
Dear LymeGirl, same thing happened to me; what worked for me was magnesium up to 4000mg per day plus vitamin C 3000mg per day. when stool becomes to soft or liquid you lower magnesium. I am still amazed (after 6 months)how well it works without having to take all the fiber... good luck.
