All the way on the other side of the state, near Knoxville. I just

picked up my 1/2 cow yesterday and filled up my freezer. I also filled

up 1/4 my neighbors freezer with bones that my dog will eat, and we'll

make bone broth from. (I still had a bunch left from my last cow!)
