Guest guest Posted November 26, 2008 Report Share Posted November 26, 2008 Hi Bee I was on blood pressure meds when I first started this program back in June then gradually my BP came down and I got off the meds. I'm now noticing the past 3 weeks my BP has been increasing again. I don't really want to go back on the meds but I'm concerned that I may have too .... I also have this weird sort of headache when these readings are high...... some of my readings are .... 142/86, 148/83, 153/86 anyone else experiencing this?
