Guest guest
Hi Bee, My name is and I began following your program in July. It's been a slow process, but I have seen positive results already. The diet has not been difficult since I was already taking coconut oil and eating a fairly NT diet. It did take me awhile to get all the supplements, though, and it is just this past week that I have been taking all of them. That has made a big difference! My energy is increasing and my muscle and joint pain is decreasing. My question is about food reactions. I was very happy to hear that we cannot be allergic to good foods, but I am interested in more details. For years I have gotten migraines from exposure to any peanut products. Then, in the spring of 2007 I began reacting to all nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and eggplant). If I eat any of them, I break out in a rash and have breathing trouble. Also, three of my six children have problems with dairy - rashes for two of them, vomiting for the other. I am hopeful now that we can overcome these issues! Why, though, do we react this way? I know the candida is at the heart of it, but would you please share some details or point me to the correct articles? Thanks! Looking forward to salsa again!
