Guest guest
If I'm understanding the fat recomendation correctly, we are supposed to be eating 2.5 to 3.5 times the amount of fat as we are protein, or am I understanding this wrong? Is the recomendation of 5-6 table spoons of coconut oil the maximum amount we should take? None of the recipes recomended are really directed to achieve this. Does anyone have any comments? So that gives me confidence in this diet. I > just don't know how much fat I'm supposed to eat. I've been using the > egg drink to get fats. (Search " ratios " or " calculator " ). That will tell you how much fat/protein/carbs you are shooting for. Then go on Fitday and use the free subscription to enter your daily food intake, this will help you see how everything adds up. You will have to build slowly to reach the fat levels because they are anti-fungal, but once you get there, the ratios are what you what to be at. Hope this helps, Marissa
