Currently I am using a cleanser, benzoyl peroxide, and Alpha Hydroxy Acid, and I am afraid that some how all these products only hinder my natural skin healing process, but don't know anything natural to use to off-set my skin problems which I am sure will only increase as die-off continues. Is there anything you can recommend for the skin as a healthy way of expelling toxins that won't result in breakouts? +++Hi Mars. Unfortunately one cannot avoid all die-off symptoms in order to heal, and your skin will get worse before it gets better. To minimize reactions go more slowly on introducing the diet and particularly the antifungals such as coconut oil. Yes, that cleanser is very toxic, and it shouldn't be used - wash with plain water instead. Bee
