I was looking in " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " and I was trying to

calculate the

ratio of proteins to fats and carbs.

I went to fitday.com but I don't know how to calculate for my homemade soup with

stock,

zucchini, celery, swiss chard, and carrots(I know I haven't officially started.)

Do I add each thing individually? This seems quite time consuming and

complicated.
