Guest guest Posted December 30, 2008 Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 I was looking in " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " and I was trying to calculate the ratio of proteins to fats and carbs. I went to fitday.com but I don't know how to calculate for my homemade soup with stock, zucchini, celery, swiss chard, and carrots(I know I haven't officially started.)
