Guest guest
Hi Bee, thank you for answering. I don't know what I'm in, it looks like the flu or something. Got a fever last night, have running nose, pain all over the body and my throat is hurting very much, tongue is swollen some times. If its retracing, it sure looks like the flu. Doing the things from your colds article to get me some relief, because I do not to want to take any chemical painkillers. Just sitting this out and hoping I will be ok again for the holidays because I have a lot of family coming over... I do not have a great appetite Bee, is it ok to eat far less fat? I only have two or three spoons of butter and coconut oil a day. Thanks again for replying, my body is still not used to this diet and I'm feeling sort of weak, I try to hang in... :{ I hope you have nice christmas day's, hugs ***************************************************************** +++Hi . It's great to hear from you! I don't believe the chicken caused you to become sick, even though it appears as if it did. If the chicken was the real problem it would have caused you to vomit and be sick to your stomach, and not the symptoms you describe. I believe you are either " retracing " something you had in the past like the flu, sore throat, cold, etc. or your body is doing a lot more detoxifying at this time. It was bad timing for you to feel so sick after eating the chicken however. I suggest you do some of the treatments recommended for cold/flu: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/colds.php Sorry, but natural healing isn't easy, and you will experience many ups and downs. I hope you feel better soon. Let me know how you do. Luv & Hugs, Bee
