Guest guest
Take a deep breath. You'll be just fine. You're allowed an occasional cheat anyways. I don't know how to post the link about this here but Bee will. I would cut your husband some slack on this. I'm sure he didn't purposely put the sauce on to mess up your diet. Hey, at least he cooked dinner! lol! Do you know how many women would envy you? Congrats on 5 months on the program. Tammy In a message dated 12/18/2008 4:02:29 A.M. Was the first 5 months all for nothing? I'm so bummed. 5 months and never once did I *cheat*- I feel so betrayed! **************One site keeps you connected to all your email: AOL Mail, Gmail, and Mail. Try it now. More than likely your body is " retracing " previous episodes you've had with yeast in the past, which is according to Hering's Law of Cure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php jBee

It then takes me about 5 weeks or more to start feeling human again. Even mild cheats. The next day will usually result in my body once again attempting to assert itself against what I've done which can result in the typical mind fog and headaches and the same set of symptoms I have to go through to once again gain the improvement I had been gaining prior to the cheat. Ongoing healing is one thing and I do continue to get " some " symptoms from that, but I note the difference between that and the total relapses I've experienced. The symptoms are not simply another stage of healing. I know them well by now and it's only occured AFTER cheating. The length of time it takes to improve is very long. The stages of healing to gain that improvement are unpleasant. To have to endure the same cycle of symptoms again to get back to the health I had been gaining prior to cheating is enough to make me want to tear my hair out. The cheats responsible for this have been pretty mild. Coffee is one of them. Consuming cream is another or even a piece of fruit or some potatoe chips. This is how suseptible some of us are. I cannot speak for others who maybe able to handle the occassional cheat, but I can speak for myself and perhaps those more suseptible. I can imagine sweetened sauce would likely produce the same results in me, since everything else has. Adam.
