Is this diet suitable for atheletes

Hi All,

Once I recover from this candida infection I would like to resume my

life as an athlete. Prior to getting sick I consumed a high carb diet

typical of many athletes.

Is it possible to perform as a endurance athlete on a high fat low

carb diet, like the diet I am following now? Perhaps once my body has

healed I should move more towards a medium fat, medium carbs diet? It

very confusing as all my life I have considered carb loading to be

part of a normal diet for athletes.
