antifungals combined with Coconut oil

Thanks Bee!

I am up to 5.5 tb of coconut oil but since I've started the

antifungal, it has been hard to choke down this much. I use a strong

coconut oil (certified organic, non-bleached, non-deoderized, etc.

like you recommend) and recently I found that I only like to take it

in the Bee's Egg drink.

Any suggestions? I'm going to put coconut oil in broth and tea more

often and I do OK if it is a complex veggie dish like mashed turnips

or homemade sauces but putting it on steamed spinach makes me want to

gag! It's weird because I used to not have this aversion. Perhaps my

system is overwhelmed by antifungals. That's why I'm going really

slow on oil of oregano so I don't throw up and can keep my coconut oil

quota as you recommend!

Perhaps I'll try the milder version referenced recently from Tropical

Traditions but psychologically, I think the " stronger " flavored

coconut oils seem to be more " powerful. " (My neurosis :)

Would it be OK to have 3 tb of coconut oil in egg smoothie in a.m. and

then 1.5 tb at lunch and 1 tb at dinner?

Thanks for your insights!!!!

Love,

Genevieve

+++Hi Genevieve. I assume you are already taking 6 tbls. of coconut
