We eat a lot of it. Shredded meat is often used in it. Meat that has been

boiled until it is falling apart and then shredded. You can also use

hamburger and add water to it and let the water cook off while stirring.

That will produce a very smooth, no lumps, meat. I have not done this, but

you could put the meat in a blinder and make it a fine as you need. It

should still be good in many dishes. Or you can replace the meat with

refried beans or a mix of the two.

Lettuce can be a problem. Either don't use it or chop it very finely. Hot

sauce can also be a problem. It is as if the dried pepper and some raw

peppers float and are very hard to wash down, like drinks just go around

them. That sounds goofy and it may just be the oils from them, but that is

how it feels. You can end up tasting the peppers for hours. It is not bad

at first, but in time becomes very sour. You also do not want to aspirate

it in your sleep. You may find that a little lime or lemon can replace or

reduce the amount of hot sauce.

Sour cream, cream cheese, cheese sauces and guacamole are good toppers and

easy (for me) to get down. I like to use some very finely chopped black

olives.

I wonder if maxican food is clean, and free of additives, GM and other

dangers. I found Mexican FOOD Star shop nearby, very unexpensive with

all kind internal organs including stomach, kidneys, liver.

I am not sure it is like organic thought.

I find that Mexican food is one of the worst foods for my intestinal

health. It's too bad that it's also soooo tasty.

I think of a burrito, it contains, the wrap, lots of rice, beans and

cheese all of which are not allowed on the diet.

I wonder about the average Mexican's health due to this diet. It's jam

packed with carbs!

+++, those foods sound suspicious. Before you rely on them find

out that they contain, and whether they are organic or not.
