Guest guest
I've been really good about the diet, except yesterday when I went snowboarding with some friends. The food choices were limited, and I ended up having one cinnamon raisin bagel in the morning, one bacon cheeseburger and one hot dog in the afternoon. Those three cheat meals has caused my regular morning bowel movements to become a slightly constipated bowel movement in the evening. My whole bowel movement is out of wack from just those three cheat meals! I've realized that my symptoms (skin problems) is directly related to the health of my colon. What does one do when faced with this situation? Should I trying taking probiotics powder as suggested until I have loose stools? Thanks, Geo

Amazing, since most North Americans eat those products every day. Before trying the probiotics, I suggest taking vitamin C - see this article for doses: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig1.php If that doesn't help in 1 day then you can take probiotics powder. The best to you, Bee
Guest guest
Bee, Thanks for the tip. I will try out the Vitamin C and let you know how it goes. One last question, why is it that before I started this Candida diet, I would consume foods like this regularly and don't remember having such acute reactions in the form of constipation, but now when I cheat just a little I notice the effects? Thanks, Geo > ++Hi Geo. That is because the diet cuts off candida's food supply, and when you cheat it feeds candida making it overgrow, almost like an overgrowing frenzy which was suppressed on the diet.
