If I followed your diet without carbs I would loose 1/2 lb per day but at the same time need to get rid of the candida. Please help. Low body weight does not mean you are less healthy, and it is the least of your problems when you have candida. You may not lose 1/2 lb. per day if you eat enough protein and get your good fats ratio up high enough. Until you can get your fat ratios up you can eat small amounts of buckwheat (made into pancakes is easiest - see the recipe on my website).
