sour stomach

Dear Bee,

For the past few weeks, possibly a month, I have had a real sour

stomach. I don't believe I'm taking too much HCL. In fact sometimes

I take very little resulting in a feeling like my food is just sitting

in my stomach. I feel that there is something wrong in the digestive

process, but I'm not sure what. It hurts when I eat and it hurts when

I don't eat.

I could do the 9 day program if that's recommended.

Thanks.

Hi ,

Have you tried eating sauerkraut? It increases stomach acids if it too

low and decreases stomach acid if too high - amazing stuff, really!

You can make your own - there's a recipe on Bee's site.

I have often had the same problems as you describe - food just sits;

hurts when I eat, hurts when I don't eat. But the sauerkraut makes it

much better for me.

Hope that helps!

+++Hi . Like recommended, eat good unpasteurized

sauerkraut with every meal (1/4 to 1/2 cup), which stabilizes stomach

acid and aids digestion.

If your food seems to be sitting in your stomach drink some water and

take more HCl - taking HCl up to 2 hours after eating can help.

+++It would be good for you do it. It will help you get this rough

period of time.

Have a very Merry Christmas!

Luv, Bee
