Guest guest
Hi, When I go to the toilet, my stools smell really badly. I've been on the diet for 3 months and it has always been so. Is it normal? Is it because of meat rotting in my bowels or something? Should it disappear at some point? My family tries to talk me out of the diet (pretty much 3 times a day). My brother has just told me that it could cause bad breath... Is it true? .

Meat doesn't rot in the bowels. Meat and good fats are the easier foods for the body to digest. Your body can detoxify through any oriface it chooses, and in some people that is through their bowels. So yes, your stools will be really smelly. Mine as bad when I had candida, which lasted 2 years while I was on my candida program. The time it takes to stop is dependent upon so many factors, but like my smelly stools yours will also stop at some point. > > My family tries to talk me out of the diet (pretty much 3 times a day). Is it true? No, the diet doesn't cause bad breath, but toxins do, and they also cause bad body odors, smelly stools, etc. Merry Christmas !
