Guest guest
Bee, I am starting to take the drink to try and control my blood pressure. You said we should take 1 1/2 tsp sea salt with lemon spread out over 6 drinks. Does this mean I can't salt with my food too? Also you asked me what was HCTZ. It is a blood pressure pill that acts as a diuretic. It causes havoc on my body and gives me dehydration, cramps and dry eyes. But without it my blood pressure is 180/100. I don't quite understand- well I do cause you said it will take 15 months to heal my pressure since I had it for 15 years. I have lost 50 lbs in the last 6 months I would think it would be a little better. It feels like it is getting worse, I am getting the dizziness with the pressure. I haven't had the dizziness in a long time. Phyllis

Yes, you can salt foods, in which case you would put less in the drink. > > Also you asked me what was HCTZ. It is a blood pressure pill that acts > as a diuretic. I haven't had the dizziness in a long time. +++Thanks for explaining what HCTZ is. You should be able to cut back on your blood pressure meds as you progress on this program. In the meantime your body will " retrace " all episodes with high blood pressure so it will be off and on, and fluctuate a lot during healing. " Retracing " is according to Hering's Law of Cures - articles are on my website. Since it takes 1 month for every year your blood pressure probably won't normalize until you've been on this program 15 months. The best to you, Bee
Guest guest
> >[my husband] has so many questions. He thinks it sounds like too much lemon. Is he worried it may effect your candida? > He wonders if you can't have fruit or even carrots All other fruits except lemons have too high sugar content. A lot of vegetables are also too high in sugar. >how would the juice of three lemons each day be OK. Wouldn't that have sugar too? Yes it has sugar in it but in small enough amounts. However, some how have candida are not able to tolerate the lemon juice. But lemos are very good at detoxing so it's worth it if you can tolerate it. Most of us do. Be aware of Meyer lemons though, they are way too high in sugar for me. > He also wants to know why you can't use limes or grapefruit? You can use limes. You cannot use grapefruit because it's sugar content is too high. Also, all of the answers to the above questions are included in the main article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " on Bee's website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php It seems your husband may be a little worried about this diet. He might really benefit from reading the whole article himself. > He also wonders why there is the hot water in the egg drink. Does it have to be hot? Why so much water? I am not sure, but I think that it has something to do both with the taste and the consistency but also it's a way to semi-cook the eggs, so it's not actually a 100% raw egg drink. It's so yummy I never thought of even questioning the pure perfection of this drink! lol. You have no idea how exiting it is for me to be able to drink a drink that has thick foam on top of it again! It had been years and I have truly missed foam on hot drinks. lol.
Guest guest
Hey Doris: The hot water cooks the white of the egg by lightly poaching it. If you want to have the egg all raw (which is not a problem) you can use warm/cool water. I also like the temperature of the hot drink because I drink it for breakfast and it soothes me the way hot tea or coffee do. I also use half the amount of water because I like a creamier drink. Guest guest
I love the electrolyte drink especially after I started using the gray celtic sea salt. Now I have a hard time just drinking plain water, it makes me feel bloated. The electrolyte does not make me feel bloated and it quenches my thirst. (I use real fresh lemons.) Thanks for the electrolyte drink! As a side note, I just wanted to let you know that I've been doing much better. So I started taking the oregano oil again, (even though I was scared to at first because I think that's what was making me feel so ill before) but I'm only taking one drop in a capsule with drops of evoo and I think that's part of why I'm feeling better. I really haven't felt much die off. Don't want to increase anything because I'm doing so well...I think back to how bad I was and it's a miracle I'm doing so much better. Still not eating hardly any sugars or breads and will probably keep it that way for a long time to come. Feel best when I eat meat and fat! ita
