Guest guest
Hi Bee and Group, After bragging Friday that I haven't had a UTI since being on your program, I seem to have one now. It started last night (Sun). I had been applying Coconut Oil topically, according to the instructions in your UTI article, twice daily for 5 weeks. On Saturday night and Sunday morning, though, I skipped that practice, due to laziness. Sunday evening I started getting tell-tale signs of a bladder infection - intense pressure at the end of urination. I started Parsley tea late Sunday night. It is working to decrease the symptoms already. The bladder symptoms could be retracing, failure to apply the C.O., sexual activity (I am married), or slipping and taking the stupid Nicotine Lozenges I am addicted to (trying SO HARD to quit but I had 2 yesterday). In any case, I know what I have to do - no real questions here but I wanted to see if you had any comments. Thanks, Kathy

Quitting smoking isn't as critical as providing your body with " proper nutrients. " For one, smoking does not go into the construction of the body's cells; it's nutrients that do that. The lung's cell membranes must be constructed out of 100% saturated fat which takes time for the body to do if you've consumed man-made oils and fats made from canola, corn, soy, safflower, sunflower, canola, etc., etc. So lung problems and cancer aren't caused by smoking, they are caused by weak cell membranes which allows more toxins into them, and makes cells less able to get rid of toxins. On top of that candida toxins make all cell membranes rigid/stiff. In fact Dr. Mercola writes that 1 french fry is much worse than 1 cigarette. +++Lung cancer occurs in both smoking and non-smoking people at the same percentages, so it can't be smoking causing it. I believe it's caused by a lack of good saturated fats, toxins in foods and drinks, and by a general lack of proper nutrients in today's diet. +++Also tobacco contains niacin (B3) - the name of B3 was purposely changed from nicotinic acid to niacin so the fact that tobacco contained a vitamin could be covered up. Your own body also creates nicotinic acid. The not smoking scam is so drug companies can make billions of dollars on smoking cessation nicotinic acid products, and long after the dust has settled and people no longer remember, drug companies plan to manufacture nicotine drugs to treat the very diseases " they claim " are caused by smoking, i.e. heart disease and stroke. They are currently creating such drugs. The best in health, Bee
