Hi Bee, What are you thoughts on biokult? It is said to be very

effective at forming a colonization. It is said that eating fermented

foods will not achieve a proper colonization. They are fine for

maintanence after colonization is achieved, but not strong enough

initially.

Well wishes,

Hi . I don't know what biokult is, but I don't need to. There

are so many products on the market that make inaccurate marketing

claims.

Your body will naturally populate good bacteria as you progress on this

program, so probiotics are minor compared to nutrients (diet plus

supplements).

That isn't true about fermented foods; cabbage rejuvelac is fermented,

and it is the very best probiotic ever and most natural to our bodies.

I believe that anything that improves digestion, which other fermented

foods do (sauerkraut, kimchi, etc.), helps your body normalize so it is

able to produce proper probiotics.
