A cheap and quick alternative for people who are unable to acquire black out drapes ; at present . Ear plugs for some , may benefit people as well . Also cheap . Furthermore excellent for travel . One should be able to buy these items at their local drugstore / pharmacy . Here is a link below to give you an idea of the product . Guest guest Posted December 20, 2008 Report Share Posted December 20, 2008 I use a sleep mask almost every night. It is silky on one side and fuzzy on the other. I find that not only is it good for blocking out light, but sometimes when my mind is really racing my eyes move a lot under my eyelids and a sleep mask helps them relax and helps my mind calm as well. (I even caught my boyfriend taking a nap with it on one afternoon.) I have also used the liquid filled kind for sinus pressure.
