This has been a difficult thing for me to do since I have ALWAYS been taught not to eat the above mentioned because I would surely gain weight. It was very delicious and filling. I did not want anything else all night and did not crave any carbs or sugary foods. AND to my surprise when I weighed myself the next morning, I had lost three pounds. I am amazed. Thank you so much. I am really starting to feel a lot better and knock on wood, have not been sick with colds ect this winter. Before I tried actually eating that much fat I had been eating lean meat, chicken, vegetables, egg whites but really was never satisfied until now... eating bacon.
