Guest guest
Hi Bee, I've been on this mission for a good 15 yrs. 8 mos ago I hit rock bottom after experiencing a horrible skin condition that interfered with every aspect of my life. After numerous doctors and useless antibiotics I have found a community of HHPs which have helped me tremendously. I finally felt that some questions were answered when 2 mos ago I was diagnosed with LGS. That said I am on the candida diet (it all goes hand in hand I've learned). But it has included nuts as well as being 80% vegies. Do you suggest changing that to 80% fat/protein? I must say that I am quite impressed with the information you provide on your site! And very excited to try your protocol since I am still battling the yeast overgrowth. But I have some further questions. On the msg board you state the main reasons we cannot eat nuts are bc there are too many carbs & the way they are processed. But being a staple in my diet I know that almonds for example are just about equal in that respect. Is it still a no go if I continue preparing them myself? Also, I have a list of food sensitivities due to the LGS: lactose, wheat, sugar- to name a few, so aside from the nuts the diet doesn't seem that difficult. What is the time frame again? Many thanks for all your valuable information!
