Tammy, do you have the link to Natural Calm?

I don't understand your question since I recommend buying calcium and

magnesium citrate separately, not as a combination. Also my dose

recommendations are based on the 'elemental amounts' of cal/mag noted

on the label. If your product doesn't state elemental amounts you

would need to take more, depending upon the type.

Would you say that the lemon flavored one would be safe? I have tried

the plain and it's not very good.

Sorry Bee. The link is www.petergillham.com <http://www.petergillham.com/>

.. My understanding is that this formula is supposed to be a very useable

form of magnesium. It says on the bottle that 3 tsps (added to water) give

Magnesium 615 mg. In parenthesis it says (elemental from magnesium

citrate). The ingredients say: A highly absorbable proprietary blend of

magnesium citrate in ionic form, stevia and Natural Raspberry and Lemon

Flavors.

I know you can get into trouble with things that say " natural flavors " as

you have no idea where they are coming from. They do make an unflavored one

and a lemon one, among others. I guess my question was, since you recommend

taking a separate calcium and magnesium supplement (meaning not as a combo)

could Natural Calm be the magnesium?

Thank you,

Tammy

+++Hi Tammy. Thanks for the clarification. You are right

about " natural flavorings, " so the unflavored one is the one to

take. Yes, that magnesium is okay to take.
