+++Any fat left in the pan can be poured over your meats and eggs so

none is lost. Hopefully you are able to buy sausage and bacon that

doesn't contain nitrates, sulphites, salt, sugar, etc. If the sausage

and bacon are pure, yes their fats are healthy too.

+++Good fats include all natural occurring fats in animals, fish and

eggs and include lard, bacon grease, tallow, poultry fat, etc., along

with coconut oil and palm oil.
