Hopefully you are able to buy sausage and bacon that doesn't contain nitrates, sulphites, salt, sugar, etc. If the sausage and bacon are pure, yes their fats are healthy too. +++Good fats include all natural occurring fats in animals, fish and eggs and include lard, bacon grease, tallow, poultry fat, etc., along with coconut oil and palm oil.
