Guest guest
Hello all! I a considering starting the candida diet because I think that may be my issue. I have overcome a lot of issues(mainly severe ppd) with a traditional foods diet and supplements the past 2.5 years but I still have food intolerances (dairy, gluten, eggs, tomatoes mainly). Other issues that have shown up now are fluid/ringing in my ears, occasional bad headaches, gallbladder pain and bloating.. I thought I did not have candida before because I had no " yeast " type problems--no yeast infections, no thrush in my breastfed baby ect. Now I am thinking that I did not recover fully from extensive antibiotic use after reading over some of the other symptoms. I would like to find what your typical menus look like if anyone cares to post!(I already avoid grains and most strachy foods but I still do eat berries and honey so I would have to wean off that) Also, what is the best anti-candida supplement for breatfeeding mothers? (My baby is 9 mos old) Thanks! Jen
