I've been doing the oil of oregano and am up to a few drops 2X a day. I've had some migraine headaches but welcome them as a potential sign of die off. I also experimented with raw garlic and noticed that garlic affects my stomach more. I notice that I have more grumbling and gas when I try this antifungal. Is there one that is supposed to be " better " if I were to choose one? Also, is it OK to do Oil of Oregano during the week (so my breath isn't too bad at work) and then do the garlic on the weekend?
