When mentioning your protocol to someone who has had their gall bladder

way to respond and haven't come up with anything yet. Can you tell me where I

can look?

Looking forward to seeing this answer because I too have had my gallbladder

removed and find it hard to take in too many fats...or I get that lump in my

throat that just feels burning...is that die off? Beth in Idaho

+++Hi . It isn't true that you cannot handle " good " fats when

you do not have a gall bladder. Most of the " good " fats I recommend do

not require stomach acid, pancreatic enzymes nor bile in order for them

to be absorbed and utilized since they go directly into the bloodstream

through the lymphatic system. See my article on Gallstones to under

more: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/gallbl1.php

When you do not have a gall bladder it is very important to eat only

during mealtime, and to eat meals at the same time each and every day.

That way the liver gets used to letting down bile on a regular basis.

The best, Bee

+++Hi Beth. See the reply I wrote this morning. That lump is more

than likely die-off symptoms since the " good " fats recommended are

antifungal.
