Hello ,

We have used toothsoap the last few months. It works well.

I believe receeding gums are due to the candida overgrowth. I had a

section of gum under one tooth that receded so much that the dentist

had to add material to cover the root. Now that I'm on the diet, it

has only bothered me once.

Here is Bee's article concerning teeth and gums.

+++Bernice, you need to keep enough of the message you are replying to

so we understand the context, and also keeping the person's email

address or name helps. What are you referring to? What paste?

Hi Phyllis,

Can you tell me how your teeth have been helped?

I've started pulling, but have not noticed results yet.

Thanks,

> Hi, I am just wondering about the toothsoap that is recommended on your site.

should I buy " plain jane " or can I get one of the natural cinammin or

peepermint flavors? sometimes these sites are confusing b/c they don't on;y

have the products that fit into your diet.

> also , do you recommend buying the book from toothsoap.com, or does it give

info that does not pertain to your diet?

+++Hi Tara. Buy the " plain jane " with the least amount of ingredients in it.

No, I do not recommend that book.
