Guest guest Posted December 2, 2008 Report Share Posted December 2, 2008 I cook my Sausage or Bacon in the same pan as I do the eggs. First the meat, which leaves lots of fatty oil, i just throw the eggs right in there. Should I be dumping this fat / reapplying coconut oil to the pan?
