Guest guest
Hi, I will try to keep these brief. Firstly, I was wondering if there may be an explanation as to why after long bouts of being off the plan and then going back on my bowels seems to be very small, about the size of my pinky finger. At first I thought it was diarrhea because it is also very watery but it's just doesn't seems to be forming any bigger than that. Unless this is a seperate bowel issue which leads me to my next question. I was diagnosed with a hernia in my ascending colon area last spring (only by the doctor feeling my abdomen with his hands, no scans or ultrasounds. I left it at that but since being back on the diet I have pain in my back in that area and after feeling around it seems that there is a hard mass in my large intestine area. I will be checking this out but it has got me wondering about tumors, cysts etc. From what I have read this is the body's way of confining abnormal cells to one area but I am wondering if this diet would be also be able to break those masses down or atleast re-absorb them into the system. I am just curious as I am worried that I have a mass and before I head into testing and get sucked into the fearfulness and doubt of western medicine I want to have some info. Thanks so much,
