Guest guest
So I will try and keep this brief so it's easier to get through Basically I've been on antibiotics all throughout my life, from a little kid to my early teens I had really severe ear infections they tried to treat with antibiotics, made things worse, had to get a needle in my ear. Ear doctor actually told me it was the worst ear he's ever seen, and I mean he sees how many ears a day. I also had really bad asthma as a kid. Then came the allergies in my mid teens. Ever since I was 13 I've been having to take a benedryl about 4 times a day or I would go into a scratching frenzy and would have to leave work/school immediately. If i ever wasn't doped up on benedryl I also couldn't sleep from the itching. I have been on Bee's diet plan for a month and have been able to stop taking benedryl for the first time in 10 years! The most embarrassing part about the overgrowth was what it did to my skin. I had a rash that lasted about 10 years that was on my forehead, around my nose, under my eyebrows and all around my mouth/chin. It would get so dry that it would crack open and bleed. I would have to apply vitamin e and desitin on it every night before bed and before every shower. My forehead was covered in bumps almost hive-like, blotches, dozens of blackheads. Been on this diet a month and my skin is clear. I thought I was going to have to live with my skin being the way it was since I had been to about 10 different dermatologists and tried every cream/pill available. Finally look like a human being and not a monster. Up until I diagnosed myself with Candida I was at my wits end. This past year I was a vegetarian eating about 2 bagels a day, 2 full subs a day, and at least two bowls a cereal and two pieces of toast a day. In between all that I would snack on sugary fruits. I was also on minocycline which kills all gram positive and gram negative bacteria. I became suicidal, had super bad anxiety problems, cursed God every night, didn't know why I was the only one out of my friends I could see this happening to. Finally I started a Candida diet and saw a nutritionist though she wasn't the greatest, said to eat a lot of nuts and after about a week I could start introducing half a cup of brown rice a day. She also told me yogurt was OK. I did see some improvements since I stopped drinking and cut out all breads and fruits though it wasn't until I found Bee's site and got on the supplements and stopped eating the things I shouldn't that the progress began. It's been a month and I feel like a new man. I am however going through the die-off and have felt quite " hung over " a lot of the time. Been needing a ton of sleep to help my body repair itself but for once in my life my brain isn't foggy and I don't have crazy ups and downs and my skin is clear when it hadn't been clear for one single day in the past 10 years! Thanks Bee. P.S. Don't cheat on the diet, you will regret it, last month I would experiment every weekend trying to introduce a food back in or drink half of a beer and I would end up losing all the progress I made that week and would be so angry at myself. It takes a ton of dedication but having this message board for people to answer questions and share stories helps a ton.
