Horrible Body Odor from Arm pits

Hello, over the last week or so, the odor emitting from my arm pits is

absolutely foul. It literally smells like rotten onions. I've never

ever had problems with body odor, so I'm assuming this is just toxins

coming out in full force. (?)

Also, I was curious if this could be from only having a bowel movement

every 3rd or 4th day? (and my BMs usually only happen when I use enemas)
