Guest guest
Hi all, I just started the program this week, although I have been doing the W. Price diet on and off for about 9 mos. I am about to make chicken bone broth, and I usually use the recipe in Nourishing Traditions which includes onions, carrots and celery, and lastly parsley. Generally the veggies are strained out at the end of the process. Is it okay to do this for flavor? If I leave the carrots in does it feed the candida? Can I just use the onions and celery? I am doing the 9 day cleanse... Thanks for your help!
