Guest guest
Hi Bee, I don't seem to tolerate carbs at all. I have been on a very reduced carb diet for a while. I have seen a lot of things that say if you eat less than 50 grams of carbs a day that this can be dangerous because then you are in a state of ketosis, which I have definitley done for a while. What are your feelings on this? Thank You,

See this article: http://www.biblelife.org/ketosis.htm Bee
Guest guest
Hi Janelle, Are you drinking Bee's electrolyte drink? When I started using sea salt in my water, I STOPPED peeing all day for the first time in my life. I think I was excreting all my minerals and it's so nice to be on a more regular bathroom schedule these days!
