Guest guest
Hi Bee, I have been feeling great and started incorporating more foods back in my diet. I even have been feeling well enough to look for a job (although it is tough in my area now). AND was feeling well enough to try to get pregnant. But in the past few weeks I have been having my late afternoon crash again. My last cortisol test that I had last year suggested that this is the time when my cortisol levels were low. I also feel hypoglycemic at this time again and eating something usually helps me ride it out until I start feeling better around 7:30pm. I still take the same amount of supplements that you suggest - I never took HCl or probiotics. I have about 4TBLS of coconut oil a day. My Aldosterone was high too last year. I have read many things about salt helping low Aldosterone but have not been able to source what one should do if it is high? I know that the adrenals are all tied in together with having a healthy baby so now I have the added worry that this might not be a good idea now. Thanks in advance,
