Guest guest
I must reply to the many folks who say they have no energy on this diet. I want to encourage you to keep at the eating plan and don't be thinking that this won'tl pass. I am in my mid-sixties and I work, hard, eighteen hour days at times. Right now we have over 3 foot of snow. I shovel paths and I put up plastic on our porch to keep out the winds and snow. I trudge through unplowed snow to get to my projects. It is over my knees. I cook, clean and do creative projects. I have to let you know that the tiredness will pass! I look fifteen years younger and am more energetic than most of those of that age. Please don't give up the *ship* only the *chips.* The Maker's diet tells us that shellfish is not good for us. I get some *shell* shock from them too. God bless y'all. How long have you been on the diet? Are you still on the full program? Thanks! Genevieve
