I must reply to the many folks who say they have no energy on this diet.

I want to encourage you to keep at the eating plan and don't be thinking

that this won'tl pass.

I am in my mid-sixties and I work, hard, eighteen hour days at times. Right now

we have over 3 foot of snow. I shovel paths and I put up plastic on our porch to

keep out the winds and snow. I trudge through unplowed snow to get to my

projects. It is over my knees.

I cook, clean and do creative projects. I have to let you know that the

tiredness will pass!

I look fifteen years younger and am more energetic than most of those of that

age.

Please don't give up the *ship* only the *chips.*

The Maker's diet tells us that shellfish is not good for us. I get some *shell*

shock from them too.

God bless y'all. Mz ViOlet (in beautiful West Michigan)

Thank you so much Mz ViOlet for your encouragement! How long have you

been on the diet? Are you still on the full program?

Thanks! Genevieve
