Guest guest
Hi, Bee & Company, Since I'm new here, can you please share the connection between good fats and candida? Also, how much should the average person be getting? About 5 years ago, I went vegetarian...did that for 2 years, then was vegan for almost 3. I suspect I had candida even before I went vegetarian (chronic yeast infections...and a bout of mono...which is why I was diagnosed with CFS years ago). However, when I went vegan I REALLY started to feel like death....the yeast infections just would NOT go away and the fatigue and aching, sweats, etc. were unbearable. But it's confusing because how much of that was " die-off " and how much was new yeast growing...is beyond me. I was eating a ton of soy and no animal products so...any way you look at it, my whole system just got way out out of balance. So...good fats...and animal fats / protein. What's the link? xo,
