Hi Phyllis,

If you read the directions for the egg drink you'll see that while you

do put raw eggs into the blender container, you then pour boiling

water on them and blend them up with the VCO, butter and spices.

Technically, the eggs are no longer " raw " since you've mixed them with

boiling water. They become a thick-ish consistency sort of like egg

nog or a thin milk shake. It's quite good, really!
