It says a dose of 4 tablets is 400 mg of magnesium. Does this mean I take 12 tablets twice a day to get 300mg elemental magnesium? The calcium citrate I have says 250 mg elemental. 4 tablets is 1000mg. So do I take 5 tablets? Thanks for our patience. I also finally purchased the Carlsons Cod Liver pills.
