Magnesium recommendations please

I need to find a more " cost effective " magnesium product. I currently

take InterPlexus, Inc's " Fura Mag " . Here is some info on

I was told by my NP that it's the best highly absorbable mag, but I can

no longer afford it. We are going on now 5 months out of work here, and

I have to trim back on prices on my supplements. I think it's about $9

for 90 caps, and I take 4 a day. They are each 140mg of Magnesium as

fumarate. But too much money for me now.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good mag, and better cost than

my Fura Mag?
