> +++Hi Genevieve. All calcium citrate is made with calcium

carbonate, so no it doesn't cause any problems. However, if the

label does not state the " elemental amount " (the amount absorbed)

you would need to take 60% more of it, since we only absorb 40% of

calcium carbonate.

+++Remember, that if you get into trouble after eating something you

clear the offending substance from your system. I also suggest you

take baking soda with you in case your stomach gets upset.

Thanks so much Bee! I will definitely do! How much Niacin do you

recommend taking? 50mg or 100 mg at a time? I will definitely be

taking extra HCL tablets! I could also do Vit. C, no? 500 mg?

I just learned that they have misquitoes in Costa Rica/Panama that

carry malaria so I think I need to use real bug spray with DEET in

it. YUCK! When we went to Peru last year, I tried a natural kind

called Buzz Off and let's just say it didn't work. Is there

anything I can do to lessen the affects of this bug spray?

This is what I hate about international travel! I told my husband I

never want to go to Africa because you have to get so many shots and

take antibiotics to prevent foreign diseases. But it's sad though

because travel is really important to us.

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions when it comes to

international travel?

Thanks!

Genevieve
