Forgot to ask if anyone has ever tried Acacia Fiber for constipation? It is

also supposed be a prebiotic I think.

Will try the magnesium since that is easier to find. But if anyone knows

about the Acacia Fiber would you please post.

Acacia is advertised to be less irritating than psyllium, and it is a

dense form of soluble fiber. Both qualities should be good for IBS or

balancing the intestines in general. Acacia is also gluten free, which

is very important for some folks.

Any probiotic component would need to be an extra ingredient, but it

would be a logical combination.
