That's exactly what I do. I'm on nattokinase 20mgs 3 times a day. I keep the

baby aspirin handy for an attack and I'm also taking fish oil. hawthorn,

calcium,  magnesium, potassium, and vitamins.

 

Nice to meet someone else on the same protocol.

I was put on aspirin due to a heart arrhythmia occurrence but instead I take

Nattokinase which thins the bloods but will not eat your stomach lining like

aspirin does. I do think however its wise to keep chewable baby aspirin handy in

case of an obvious heart attack etc in which case one can put 4 under the

tongue. brit
